NONA is a collection of four — soon to be 5! — Italian restaurants based in Brussels. They work with local farmers and producers to supply their organic, seasonal ingredients and believe in Good Food, Good People, and being Good for the World.
I have been working with NONA since November 2023 to communicate their story, philosophy, and the work they do to deliver the best flavours, the best vibes, and the best impact all year round.
Together, we launched The NONA Life Newsletter, where we share new additions to their monthly menus, chats with their farmers and producers, and sing the praises of seasonal produce.
